Custom adaptation for customer-owned toy

This is the fee to adapt a single customer owned toy. If you plan to send in more than 1 toy, please choose the matching quantity you wish to send in to be adapted.

 
Toys received will be assessed to determine if they can be adapted and to ensure they are in good working condition. Adaptations will not be done until payment is received.

Please note, the cost of shipping the toys back to the customer is an additional fee. 

There is no guarantee a toy sent in to be adapted will be adapted. Adaptive Designs LLC is not responsible for any damaged or lost items shipped to us.
